For the purpose of managing the new fund, a new management firm - Granville Baird Ltd - and a new advisory firm -  Granville Baird GmbH - were formed by the investment team which had previously advised two private equity funds on German investments. Including the investments of our first two private equity funds, the team has advised on investments in 18 companies to date.
